Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals 2022

Get to know the Top 40 employers in central Ohio who have been recognized as the best places to work for young professionals in 2021.

Wonderful Workplaces for YPs 2022

Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals is an annual recognition of local employers across central Ohio with a four-point focus on Coolness (Attraction), Stickiness (Retention), Community Impact, and Growth Opportunities for emerging leaders. Since 2013, the list has been powered by the Columbus Young Professionals Club in partnership with the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio and Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), with the results published online at CityPulseColumbus.com.

Our methodology: Nominations come from within the CYP Club membership & central Ohio business community. They are reviewed by members of the CYP Club Careers Team, BBB, and HRACO. The final product is a list of the most-favored workplaces for young professionals, including a short, descriptive paragraph that incorporates selected quotations (typically a few words) from nominator comments.

Please join us in celebrating the Wonderful Workplaces in Central Ohio for 2022:
