Sylvanus Eddy Cares About Mentoring the Youth of our City

Sylvanus Eddy, 34, has made a life and a career out of health and wellness.

“I oversee all health and wellness programs from group exercise to personal training and health coaching,” said Eddy, who is the Health & Wellness Director at Hilltop YMCA. “I’m also responsible for implementing new programs and classes that assist in the overall development of our members and the community.”

Eddy also brings that passion to life outside of work.

“I am a huge fitness enthusiast who likes to work out and also research new trends in the fitness industry,” said Eddy.

And when it comes to giving back, Eddy looks to help Central Ohio youth.

“I have a passion for the youth in our community,” said Eddy. “I volunteer my time mentoring young teens.”
