Formerly known as the Reds, Whites, and ABCs event, the Junior League of Columbus’ Adopt-a-Backpack Project for Children (ABC Project) will return to Land-Grant Brewing the evening of March 22. Guests to this lively fundraising bash can catch the NCAA March Madness games over craft beer & appetizers, play games, tour the brewery, and take part in a raffle full of goodies. Ticket sales will support the Junior League’s cause to provide backpacks & school supplies to Central Ohio children in need.

For the 28th year on March 24, the Park of Roses will welcome the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department & local volunteers to their Annual Rose Cutback event. Here, participants will get their hands dirty in the park’s gardens, cutting out dead plants, evaluating winter damage, raking, and other duties to help prep the park for another beautiful blossoming season.
