Greater Columbus Arts Council
The Greater Columbus Arts Council supports artists and arts organizations with publicly-funded grants, fellowships and cash awards from their privately funded endowment. They advance the arts with marketing support through the Art Makes Columbus/Columbus Makes Art citywide marketing campaign, which includes a free events calendar, artist airectory, public-art database and artist stories to connect the people with the arts in Columbus.
The Arts Council produces two major arts events each year: the Columbus Arts Festival a three-day, free event that features visual and performing arts and the Community Arts Partnership Awards that celebrate the contributions of individuals and businesses to the arts in Columbus.
