Polaris

Polaris is a master planned mixed-use development covering nearly 2,000 acres in southern Delaware County on both sides of I-71, two miles north of I-270 in Columbus. Adjacent to the sprawling suburbs of Worthington and Westerville, and home to the JP Morgan Chase McCoy Center (employing more than 12,000 employees, and the second largest single-tenant office building in the United States behind The Pentagon), the area continues to see growth with hotels, restaurants, offices, and apartments being added. Polaris boasts more than 5 million square feet of office space, 4 million square feet of retail, 1,000 apartment units, and more than 180 local companies, including Metter-Toledo, Microsoft, McGraw-Hill, and Sequent. Notable new spots include Giordano’s, Duck Donuts, Sweet Carrot, and central Ohio’s first IKEA.

Polaris is also home to Polaris Fashion Place, a premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination just off of I-71, offering over 150 retailers including anchors like Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Macy’s and Von Maur. With specialty retailers like Madewell, Swarovski, lululemon, and The Art of Shaving, this indoor mall with an outdoor lifestyle center has something for everyone! After a day of shopping, you can dine at first-class restaurants like Benihana, Molly Woo’s, Cantina Laredo, and BRIO Tuscan Grille or meet up with friends for a drink at Dave & Buster’s or The Brass Tap. Polaris Fashion Place is also fun for the entire family, featuring a soft sculpture play area and a number of kids’ stores including The Disney Store and Pottery Barn Kids.
