Priscilla Johnson, 28, is focused on lifestyle—yours, to be exact, and how she can help you match your lifestyle with your neighborhood style to find the perfect home.
“I love working with people to find their new home in an area and at a price point that enhances their lifestyle,” said the Columbus native who now lives in Clintonville. “Whether you’re new to Columbus and need a tour of the city or you’re selling a home you’ve owned for years, I work very hard to cater each deal to the needs of my clients. As an individual agent running Columbest Homes, I’m involved in every step of the transaction.”
Johnson became a Realtor after a search for her own home didn’t yield the results she was seeking.
“The short version is that my husband and I started looking for a house and…were disappointed with the process,” said the Worthington Christian High School graduate. “And then I met an agent, Bruce Dooley, in the Short North, and the whole experience was completely different.”
Dooley mentored Johnson for a while before she went out on her own.
“I love Columbus and all the neighborhoods and the diversity,” she said. “People outside of Columbus have such a misconception about it; there are so many options.”
Johnson loves the process of helping people who are relocating learn about Columbus. She also loves the people part of her job—helping buyers feel at home in their neighborhood and keeping up with them after the sale.
“I’ll pick a house in each area and find where they are connected to,” said the Columbus State graduate, who finished her real estate certification program at Hondros College. “I try and stay in touch with them afterwards, too.”
When Johnson isn’t enjoying her own Clintonville neighborhood, she’s taking guests to the Short North or enjoying gluten-free options at Harvest Pizza.
“I do have a Harvest obsession because I’m gluten-free,” she laughed. “From a guilty pleasure perspective, I can go there and eat pizza like a normal person.”
